Blue Moon

Lemongrass and ginger with butterfly pea flowers. This tea is a fantastic deep blue colour when brewed, add a slice of lemon or squeeze of lemon juice to watch it magically change colour to a deep purple. It has been described as a Harry Potter tea!
1 teaspoon per cup, pour boiling water over the infusion and steep for 3 minutes, strain and add a slice 
of lemon
