Passion Fruit and Orange Fruit Infusion

Passion fruit, orange and apple pieces with rose hip and hibiscus. An extremely versatile blend, this infusion can be enjoyed hot, cold, iced or even as a mixer for alcohol. To make cold; 2 teaspoons per cup, add cold water and leave in the fridge 8-12 hours, strain and drink as juice. To make iced: 2 teaspoons per cup, poor over fresh, boiling water, just enough to cover the fruit, leave for at least 20-30 minutes to create a rich syrup like liquid, strain and top up with cold water and leave to cool in the fridge, once cool, add ice to serve. In alcohol: 1 teaspoon per shot of gin / rum / etc, leave for at least 20-30 minutes to create a rich syrup like liquid, strain, top up with tonic water and serve with ice. To make hot: 1 teaspoon per cup, pour fresh, boiling water over the infusion and steep for 2-3 minutes, strain and enjoy.
